Shipping Policy — Paizo Printables

Processing Time

All miniatures at Paizo Printables are 3D printed to order — nothing is kept as ready-made stock, so every purchase goes into our print queue as soon as it's placed.

Standard processing time: 2–4 business days before an order ships (printing, post-processing, and quality check).
Larger bundles or multi-item orders may need a little longer, typically 3–4 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time — see below.
If any item in your order is temporarily backordered, we'll email you with an updated timeline rather than ship it incomplete.

Shipping Time & Rates

Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery time depends on your destination:

Destination	Estimated Transit Time
Domestic ([Country])	3-7 business days
Europe	7-14 business days
Rest of World	10-21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Multiple Items & Combined Shipping

Because every miniature is printed individually, items with different production times may ship separately. If your order splits into multiple packages, you will not be charged extra shipping — each package is covered by your original shipping payment.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are outside our control. Delivery times may also be affected by customs processing in your country.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@titan-forge.com with your order number. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or resolve the issue — miniatures are 3D printed and can be reprinted if something goes wrong in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help if you catch the mistake before your order ships — contact us as soon as possible.
