Hellknight Signifer

The Hellknight signifer is the masked spellcaster of a Hellknight order, wielding arcane and occult power in service to a law so absolute it borrows Hell's own methods. Behind a featureless helm, the signifer binds devils, scries out the disorderly, and enforces a discipline that spares no one - least of all the free-spirited rebels of Andoran. Set it against your players when the law itself puts on a mask and comes for them. On the table it's a canonical Cheliax-aligned caster-enforcer for any Hellfire Crisis campaign, as dangerous with a bound devil as with a spell - and the natural quarry of the rebels who hunt its kind, like the Hellbreaker trained to bring Hellknights down.
