Talmandor, the Bird of Dawn, is the empyreal lord and celestial patron of Andoran, a radiant avian power who champions freedom and the abolition of tyranny across the Inner Sea. Once a mortal hero raised to the heavens, he watches over the young republic and lends his blessing to those who fight for liberty against Hell's advance. Picture his golden wings unfurling over the battlefield as the free coast's defenders take heart. At the table he's a divine patron, blessing, or climactic ally for any Hellfire Crisis campaign, the heavens' answer to Cheliax - send his light against the infernal infantry marching for Thrune, the Vordine devils of Hell's legion.
