The goblin commando is a cut above the shrieking rabble, a scrappy veteran with real fighting skill, stolen armor, and a knack for hit-and-run mayhem. Often mounted on a goblin dog or leading from the front, it turns a disorganized mob into something that can actually flank, ambush, and retreat on command. Not shrieking, not charging blind - this one waits for the party to overcommit, then hits the flank. On the table it's an elite within any goblin warband, the one that makes the rabble dangerous - field it barking orders at a pack of the goblin warriors it drives forward, and the mob suddenly has a plan.
