The Cheliax naval captain commands a war-galley in House Thrune's fleet, a ruthless master of the deck who chases down privateers, smugglers, and rebels wherever they run across the Arcadian waves. Ambition and infernal loyalty have carried him to his own quarterdeck, and he intends to keep it by delivering the empire the prizes and prisoners it demands. Envision his galley bearing down out of the fog, colours raised, guns run out, giving your party one chance to strike sail. On the table he's a seafaring antagonist or mini-boss for any Over the Waves campaign, the hunter at the head of a Chelish crew - send him ashore or over the rail with his own boarding troops, the Cheliax marines at his back.
