The Deep Ones are fish-like humanoids of the lightless ocean trenches, worshippers of drowned powers who shamble ashore to breed, raid, and drag the living down into the black. They are patient and ancient, corrupting isolated coastal villages over generations until the whole settlement belongs to the sea. Set them against your players as the wrongness beneath a fishing town where everyone shares the same cold, staring eyes. On the table they're an unsettling aquatic-horror unit for any Over the Waves game, best fielded as a shambling shoal - loose them from the same drowned wrecks that birth the flotsam terror rising out of the debris.
