Lucky

A face for the people who fill your world - an ally, patron, or guardian for GMs giving their NPCs real presence at the table, and players who want a companion beside them.

Lucky Compilation of Numbers is a friendly, quirky SRO - a sentient robotic organism who somehow gained a soul - and spends nearly every waking cycle gambling in the casinos of Striving on the machine planet Aballon. Agender, warm, and a little tragic, Lucky lost a maintenance job and fell into ruin after being tricked into bidding away relics from a First Ones collection, a mistake they'll share over a few rounds of cards. Picture your party sitting down for a hand and walking away with a lead instead of their credits. At the table Lucky is a memorable NPC, informant, and card-table encounter for Murder in Metal City, the witness whose story cracks the case - drop them into the same investigation as the crew's own reality-bender, the ysoki witchwarper Nitpick chasing the same clues.
