The boggard scout is a lean, patient hunter that slips through reeds and shallow water to mark intruders long before they ever glimpse the village. Where its warrior kin announce themselves with croaks and spears, the scout works in silence - watching, counting, and choosing the exact moment the ambush springs. Set it against your players in the quiet before the fight, the one enemy that has already seen them. On the table it's a skirmisher and ambush-trigger for any wetland encounter, picking off stragglers and sounding the alarm before the clan strikes - exactly the intruder a wilderness guardian like the druid Lini and her leopard would move to stop first.
