Vrolikai Demon

A canonical Golarion antagonist to set against your party - for GMs running Pathfinder's published threats and collectors completing the roster of iconic foes.

The vrolikai is a death demon, the terrible final form a nabasu achieves when it returns at last to the Abyss gorged on murder. It serves demon lords as executioner and assassin, its very gaze draining the life from those it marks and its black flame consuming what remains. A cold gaze, a wisp of black fire, and the strongest of the party is suddenly the weakest - this is what steps out of the dark. On the table it's a terrifying Abyssal boss for a high-level party, wielding stolen death and black flame - loose it alongside another herald of ruin, the plague-daemon Leukodaemon, and let the fiends divide the field.
