This officer commands the war-galleys of House Thrune, enforcing Cheliax's writ against Andoran privateers and rebels along the Arcadian coast. Cold, capable, and backed by infernal authority, he treats every free ship as contraband and every free sailor as a problem to be corrected. Picture him at the rail as your party's ship closes in for the boarding. On the table he anchors a dockside standoff or a naval boarding action, and makes a natural rival for any seafaring party - set him against the free coast's soldiery he was sent to crush, the Andoran Soldier units holding the line.
