Goblin casters are a hazard to everyone, themselves included - crude, brilliant, and utterly delighted by every spark of magic they conjure across the Inner Sea. This one is a robed goblin with a crooked staff and a nasty grin, mid-cackle, ideal for a player who wants a caster who is equal parts danger and comedy. Picture the spell going off in exactly the wrong direction, on purpose. On the table they stand in for a goblin sorcerer, witch, or bard, flinging magic with more enthusiasm than caution - set them loose near a creature just as unpredictable, the skewer ooze oozing up from the dark.
