The flotsam terror is a monster built from the ocean's leavings - shattered hulls, drowned timber, barnacle-crusted rope, and a ship's wheel bound into its hunched, hulking frame - given spiteful life by the deep. It drifts among wrecks and debris fields disguised as harmless salvage, then rises in a groaning tangle to seize and crush whatever comes to pick it over. Picture the moment the derelict your party is searching stops being wreckage and starts reaching back. On the table it's a hulking aquatic centerpiece for any Over the Waves encounter, a wreck that fights - loose it in the same storm-lashed waters stirred to fury by the Living Waterfall crashing across the deck.
